Loving…the change of light. A subtle change, a little longer, a little warmer.
Loving… Wookiee Cookies. Not because I’m a diehard Star Wars fan. I’m really not, but I’m loving the fact that my small boy is, and on seeing my attempt at baked themed goods for him to take into his classmates at school. Well, seeing your child smile like that is pretty contagious.
Loving…a bumper crop of cumquats. Hardy little things they are, (and just quietly, quite delicious with dark chocolate.
Loving…not having cut a large chunk of finger off forever and ever. This one will heal, and I wasn’t overly attached to that finger print anyway.
Loving… a course I’ve been doing for the past couple of months. My brain is fizzling and popping and all kinds of things every time go. I’m sure if you stand still long enough, you might just hear it.

What are you loving at the moment?
[“Often life’s pleasures pass us by simply because we don’t take a moment to focus on them… Make a point of noticing everyday something that uplifts your spirit or tickles your heart… Stop to breathe in the joy of this moment and then tell someone about it. Share your joy and revel in it. When your joy is savoured, and then shared, it is magnified…” ROBIN GRILLE]
Those cookies! I am a huge Chewbacca fan – can you pl post the recipe? They are awesome!

The recipe for them is easy enough

the how to make them into Wookiees, I used white fondant, black icing and a sharp knife for the hair.
Good luck!

Love those Wookie cookies! I’m not even a Star Wars person but what I love are cutters that you can repurpose to great effect! 😀

Getting there thank you Rose. Slowly getting there. It’s a good way to realise just how much you use every part of your body.

Oh, your poor finger! I have had many cuts to my left index finger, misshapen thing it is…plus they hurt like hell.
I am loving…hanging out with friends today; like you, the longer days; end of soccer season 😊

Feeling pretty centred myself Ms Cityhippyfarmgirl. There is a contentment that comes with accepting things you are wrestling with and learning to stop wrestling. I learned that you don’t always have to be the best at Greco Roman, sometimes it is the best tactic to play dead and live to wrestle another day 😉 . Crocheting heaps, warm and cosy inside our little riverside cottage with plenty of wood to keep Brunhilda happy. On the cusp of another spring and feeling up for it this year. LOVE that nasturtium flower image. I still have a pod of them that fought the frost off and won! Glad you are in your happy place 🙂

Loving my nasturtiums at the moment Ms Narf, it’s one thing that I can happily grow, and there are lots of gorgeous flowers that have emerged in the last week. Such a delicate little scent too.
Had a chuckle at the image of you playing dead during a Greco Roman wrestling session, and completely agree. (Although am thinking more of a swim with the tide rather than against it as apposed to a sweaty quasi nude wrestling analogy 😉
