If truth be told, sometimes it gets exhausting being inside my head. There’s a lot to be thought in there. Juggling, like with 10 balls in the air kind of thing.
Sometimes it’s a beautiful mix of shades, words, colours, and wonderment.
Other times it’s just down right bloody messy. Doing posts like this is good for me though, it slows things down, words that aren’t in a hurry, pictures that have no purpose other than them being a moment…
a tiny moment in a swirling mind, that paused for a second, and I’m loving that.
the smallest of small birds singing at sunrise, singing with all it’s little heart

What are you loving at the moment?
[“Often life’s pleasures pass us by simply because we don’t take a moment to focus on them… Make a point of noticing everyday something that uplifts your spirit or tickles your heart… Stop to breathe in the joy of this moment and then tell someone about it. Share your joy and revel in it. When your joy is savoured, and then shared, it is magnified…” ROBIN GRILLE]
So calm and peaceful Brydie. Wishing you a lovely Sunday! I am loving watching my little George (6) playing with a new tiny puppy. He is so gentle with her, gentleness is a lovely thing to see isn’t it?

Loving … throwing the bedroom windows wide open early in the morning and finding the air is “not too hot, not too cold” as Goldilocks would say.

There’s something ritualistic almost about the first throwing open of the windows isn’t there. Love it too.

Gosh Brydie, that image is quite heart stopping. Loving…a country market, hand picked bunches of native flowers, fresh veggies and a $5 dress 🙂

Got to love all that Sara. My small girl keeps asking when we are headed back up your way, reading your comment makes me think I should plan it a little further…we loved it up there.

There’s something a little bit special about jazz isn’t there…yep, think I need to find some trumpets in my day today.

I think we share that bird. Sometimes when I think I am the only person in the world awake and I start to pour my first cup of tea in the cool still darkness, I am joined by a blackbird who reminds me that darkness is only the intermediary of the light. I love my life and I also love hhirtle’s idea to infuse the living room with jazz. GREAT idea hhirtle 🙂 (I wonder if blackbirds like jazz?)

That’s a great idea isn’t it. Heralding in the day with a little soft jazz as the darkness turns blue grey…and I’m sure blackbirds would like jazz.
There’s a koel bird that hangs about here for sunrise. Most days she gets confused though and wants to bring in the morning at 3am. Maybe next time I can explain she’s in the wrong state for that kind of wake up call, she wants Tas instead, and outside Ms Narf’s window specifically. I do 5am not 3am 🙂

That photo is perfection Brydie. I’m loving… eating dinner outside, whilst watching our local friendly magpie terrorizing the faux plastic owl our neighbor put on her roof to scare away the possums.

It’s so good eating dinner outside again isn’t it Saskia. I don’t mind doing it rugged during winter, but during the warmer months when it’s so balmy, and there’s a glass of wine by my elbow…ahhh all is good.
