I’m going to make this today, but what size tin did you use?

Misky, I’ve done it a couple of times now. Both in a round pan of about 21cm and a square one a fraction smaller. It’s not a huge cake. Are you going to make it diabetic friendly?

Yes, I’ll make it so Peder can have a nice big slice. 🙂 He’s looking forward to it. I just found a bit of white spelt in the cupboard, so I’ll use that.
